protecting the personal data of all students, parents/guardians, applicants, employees, and visitors. This
Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect your information in compliance with
the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and guidelines issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC).
1. Personal Data We Collect
- Student Data: Name, date of birth, address, nationality, identification documents, academic
records, medical and immunization records, photos/videos, and visa/immigration information (if applicable).
- Parent/Guardian Data: Name, contact details, relationship to student, guardianship
agreements, and identification documents.
- Other Data: Payment and billing information, emergency contact details, and any information
provided in forms, email correspondence, or during official transactions.
2. How We Collect Your Data
- Directly from application forms, admission documents, and online inquiries.
- From communications with parents/guardians and students.
- Through official school platforms (e.g., PowerSchool, email systems, events).
- From lawful third-party sources such as government agencies (e.g., DepEd, Bureau of Immigration).
3. Purpose of Processing
- To evaluate and process student admissions and enrollment.
- To comply with academic, immigration, and regulatory requirements.
- To maintain student records and provide educational services.
- To communicate with parents/guardians regarding student progress and school activities.
- To process payments, issue invoices, and manage financial records.
- For safety, security, and health requirements of students and staff.
- For official school publications, website, and social media (with proper consent).
4. Use and Disclosure of Data
- Department of Education (DepEd) and other regulatory bodies.
- Bureau of Immigration for visa and permit processing.
- Authorized service providers (e.g., IT platforms, testing services).
- School staff, teachers, and administrators for academic and administrative purposes.
- Third parties only with your prior consent or when required by law.

- Student records are kept for the duration of enrollment and for a reasonable period thereafter, as required
by law.
- Financial records are retained in compliance with government regulations.
- Records are securely stored and disposed of through shredding, deletion, or other approved disposal methods.
